1. The machine is mainly made up of four heads, fixed pole, active pole, machine frame, electricity control box.

2.  The machine head is mainly made up of orientation heating mechanism, horizontal feeding pressing mechanism and vertical feeding pressing mechanism.

3.  The left up and down heads can be opened and closed along the fixed pole.

4.  The right up and down heads can be opened and closed along the moving pole.

5.  The orientation heating mechanism can realize orientation and heating. The up and down clamp can realize the pressing.

6.    The four heads can work at the same time. And it enables a one-step welding for rectangle window frame.

7.    The control system adopts imported industrial control computer with touch screen, which is possible to input the window frame of various sizes and the processed quantity. The driving system adopts imported servomotor, which transfer motion through one-step belt. It can realize the motion of the four heads at the same time. It is high reliability and wide processing range. It features easy operation, high efficiency and is suitable for batch production.
