1. The machine is mainly for color co-extrusion or laminated profile welding.

2. Each piece of the clamps of the welding heads equipped with co-extrusion cutter can clean the up and bottom welding seam automatically.

3. The left head can move 20mm by following the track. Every head has their separate location structure, pressing structure, heating structure and head box.

4. This machine is one of the necessary equipment for processing PVC Window and Door. It can complete the whole welding alone.

5. It features advanced technique, pneumatic drive, PLC control, stable capability and simple operation. The non-oil lubricating bearing and liner moving bearing make high precision and convenient maintaining.

6. The machine has a special right head which can weld various angles.

7. Each of the three head can separately achieve corner welding or transom welding.
